Premium Property Buyers - "Silent Sales"

In this day and age real estate is being marketed very differently from even three years ago. Most people are finding that properties are hitting the internet, or agents are contacting buyers off their data bases, before they even hit the papers.

As a buyer you would hope that your local real estate agent that you left your details with will contact you should one of these “ Silent Sales “ become available, but the reality of it is your not the only buyer out there.
